I know, I know ... I need to post much more. I am definitely following the Phils, don't worry about that (because I know you are.) I'm just not watching as many games, unfortunately, and when I don't see a game, I don't feel I can truly write about it. Some general thoughts: Pat Burrell...this could be a big year. No jinxing just yet. But seriously...things are looking good. Thome...congrats on the first homerun. It's about time. Chase Utley / Placido Polanco ... I don't care which of you gets more playing time. Just keep doing what you're doing. Vicente ... you're still here? Bell ... what the hell man, you're my favorite and all, but you gotta really start picking it up. Lofton ... Kenny frickin Lofton? .389? Kenny Lofton? Let me see your ID, sir. Myers ... 0.44 ERA through 20+ innings. Nice. Charlie Manuel ... I like your style so far, old man. |
